Days of week vary, weekends included 12 hours per week, 4 hour shift Shifts begin at 4:00 p.m. Mon-Sat and 11:00 a.m. on Sun

Responsibilities

Responsible for serving residents and guest meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner; assures that beveraging, souping and busing are completed according to proper procedures and resident meal needs are met based on requests and diet restrictions; ensures the appearance and the proper portions of food on each plate; acts as a runner by serving plates, clearing of resident plates and trash items throughout the meal; monitors for assistance needed in other areas; and applies proper sanitation procedures followed in clean up.

Education and/or Experience

• Experience in a kitchen/ serving environment preferred
