Happy Nurses Week! ❤️ This week, we’re celebrating the incredible nurses who make a difference in our community every single day.

First up is Mark Lacuata. Mark is a dedicated Restorative Nurse and Nurse Educator and one of the most beloved faces on campus. He ensures our nursing team stays sharp and educated, and our residents are eagerly lining up to work with him! Thank you, Mark, for the heart, expertise, and enthusiasm you bring to our community!

Next, we’re recognizing Guadalupe Munoz, who has been part of The Springs family for 8 years. Known for her sharp eye for detail and endless ideas to enhance resident care, Guadalupe brings both comfort and compassion to everything she does. She makes Memory Care look effortless and keeps everyone smiling — residents and team members alike. Please join us in thanking Guadalupe for her dedication and the warmth she brings to our community!

And last but certainly not least is Margaret Antkowiak!  our Assistant Director of Nursing and Infection Preventionist, Margaret has been a driving force behind our community’s exceptional health standards. Under her leadership, The Springs was proudly recognized as a Blue Ribbon Facility by Intelligen, and continues to outperform with outstanding vaccination rates and resident wellness. Margaret’s vigilance, education, and unwavering dedication help protect us daily. Thank you, Margaret, for your incredible impact!
