Refreshed spaces made for connection

We’ve completed a community-wide refresh designed around how our residents actually live—gathering with friends, staying creative, and enjoying everyday moments that feel special. The results: welcoming new venues and upgraded favorites that make life here even more vibrant.

What’s new and refreshed

• The Gathering Place (Bar & Lounge) — now open. Our lively social hub for beverages, small plates, and easy conversation. Residents rave about the friendly vibe, and happy hours often draw a crowd. Open weekdays, with added hours for special events and game days.

• The Millstone Lounge — refreshed. A brighter, more comfortable setting to meet up before or after dinner, read, or relax with neighbors.

• Creative Arts Studio — upgraded. More room and better lighting for classes, clubs, and hands-on workshops.

• Second-floor meeting room — improved. A flexible space for clubs, committees, guest speakers, and resident-led programs.

• New Game Room (terrace level). Cue up a game of billiards or gather for cards in a space designed for friendly competition.
